Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Ashley Kowalski is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto.
Dr. Ashley prefers to use several alternative and holistic medicine modalities to heal the body. She believes the body strives to maintain a state of balance. People are vulnerable to circumstances (whether they be physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual) which disrupt the body’s natural ability to maintain balance and stay healthy. The body becomes vulnerable to “dis-ease” when conditions are sub-optimal, and this is where naturopathic medicine can help. Dr. Ashley wants to help her patients achieve optimal health by offering individualized treatments plans to maximize health and well-being. Prior to attending the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Ashley graduated from the University of Waterloo. She graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences and with a minor in Biology.
