Volunteers Needed!
The Township of Russell Public Library seeks volunteers to assist home delivery services for the elderly and physically challenged. If interested, please contact library staff at 613-443-3636 or 613-445-5331. Must have a vehicle and valid driver's licence.

In Stella's Touch tanning room, the atmosphere is warm
and inviting. The facility is spotless and the room, a vacation destination. Our facility has recently been
renovated and our bed is new and one of the finest.
The owner and staff are dedicated to exceeding customers' expectations through offering outstanding customer service
with the best possible equipment and products.
- NOTE: Eye protection is mandatory while tanning
Patience, indoor tanning is not a sprint, tan slowly with breaks between tanning sessions. Start with a 10 minute
session and make your way up to 20 if this is what you desire.
Breaks, Stella's Touch require that you take a 48 hour break between tanning sessions.
Different tanning equipment will give a different tan. Type of bed, type of bulbs and age of machine are some factors that have an effect on the tanning process. Keep in mind that our equipment and bulbs are new.
Many medications can effect the tanning process. Check with your physician on which medications can increase your photosensitivity.
Remember that your lips cannot tan (they have no melanin in them), but they can dry out. Lip balm can help protect your lips during the tanning experience.
Please use the supplied products to clean your bed after use. Thank you.
