The Township of Russell Public Library seeks volunteers to assist home delivery services for the elderly and physically challenged. If interested, please contact library staff at 613-443-3636 or 613-445-5331. Must have a vehicle and valid driver's licence.

Pedicure
Allow 60 minutes - $47
Our pedicure incorporates exfoliation of you feet and lower legs through massage, cuticle management, filing, and the application of your choice of polish.
French Pedicure
Allow 60 minutes - $52
French Manicure is a manicure style that is graceful. While it incorporates the same steps as a regular manicure, it showcases white nail tips highlighted by a natural looking base. It is a fashion technique of polishing the finger or toe nails in which off white or ivory nail polish is put on to the tips of the nails while sheer polish, soft beige or pastel pink coat is applied to the rest of the nails. This style is ideal for medium or short nails.
Spa Pedicure
Allow 90 minutes - $65
A treat for your feet. This tailored pedicure incorporates a feet treatment with exfoliation while moisturizing and massaging your feet and lower legs. This treatment combines cuticle management, filing, followed by a mask, and a warm paraffin treatment to ease sore joints and muscles while deeply hydrating the skin. The treatment is finalized with the Nails being groomed and finished with your choice of polish.
